Refund Policy

Before provisioning

If your order has been paid but your server has not been provisioned, you can request a full refund through a support ticket.

After provisioning

Because servers are provisioned for you on request, payments for active servers are generally non-refundable. [confirm: any grace period you want to offer]

Failed setup

If we cannot deliver the product you paid for, we refund the payment in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the original payment method where the provider supports it. Processing time depends on the provider.
