Service

FakFakrul provides virtual private servers (VPS) and, where available, dedicated servers, billed monthly in Thai Baht (THB). A virtual machine is never sold as a dedicated physical server.

Accounts

You must sign in to order or manage services. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Orders and payment

An order is created at the price shown at the time of ordering, as set by us on our servers. An order is paid only when the payment provider confirms the payment. Screenshots or claims of payment do not activate an order. Servers are provisioned only after verified payment.

Setup time

We aim to complete setup within 1 hour, excluding weekends. This is an expected time, not a guarantee. Order pages show the actual status, including delays.

Term and expiry

Each payment covers 30 days. Services that are not renewed before the expiry date may be suspended and later terminated, and data may be deleted.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Products are offered only while supporting infrastructure is available; we may close products to new orders at any time.

Location and IP

The server location and IP region shown for each product are stated as they actually are. A Thailand IP address does not mean the server is physically located in Thailand.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. [confirm: legal entity name, registered address, governing law]
